Ladies Self Defense Class

Cost: $15.00 per person

Location: The Heartlands Community Room, 6305 Bluewater Court, Marlette

(fees are to offset the cost of the personal safety items provided to participants)

Learn the importance of awareness, precaution, and how to avoid dangerous situations. Understand and practice physical striking, kicks, and escaping techniques. 

This program is great for females ages 12 years or older.

Each attendee will receive a personal safety alarm and a canister of pepper spray upon completion of the class. (Parents are required to attend with daughters under the age of 17 years to receive pepper spray).

This is a partnership project of the Sanilac Area Violence Elimination Council SAVE and the Sanilac County Sheriff's Office.
