About the Event
October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month! What can you do to help raise Domestic Violence Awareness in Sanilac County? Join Evas Place as they host the “Picture No Violence” social media challenge. Throughout the month of October, we are asking the residents of Sanilac County to form teams of any size and embark on a photo scavenger hunt throughout their community and to post their findings on social media. If you find all of the designated photo opportunities you/or your team will be included in a CASH drawing to be awarded on November 1st!
Three prizes will be awarded!
1st place $100.00
2nd place $50.00
3rd place $25.00
You will have the entire month of October to complete the task and find our posters. Participants must be signed up and post all of their photos on social media using both #picturenoviolence and #evasplace.
A set of posters will be placed in Brown City, Croswell/Lexington, Deckerville, Marlette, and Sandusky.
