At the Lexington Village Theatre 

A Four-Part Series for Law Enforcement, Attorneys, Counselors, Case Managers, Therapists, Social Workers, Child Advocates, Judges, School Personnel & Medical Providers 

PLEASE JOIN US AS WE: 

  • Develop an understanding of how offenders develop a sexual preference for children and the pro-offending attitudes that support and allow for child sex abuse. 
  • Understand some of the issues related to the low rates of reporting and detection of sexual crimes.
  • Understand the dynamics of grooming that make it difficult for children to fully/accurately comprehend the abuse they are experiencing, report and recover from child sexual abuse.
  • Review the research related to overall confession rates with sex offenders and the factors that inhibit and increase confession rates. 

MCOLES credits pending. Certificates of completion will be provided to those that attend the entire event. Lunch will be provided at the Village Pub connected to the Theatre
