Ladies Self Defense Class

Learn the top 10 things every woman should know about personal safety. Increase awareness, learn to avoid dangerous situations, be empowered with simple escape techniques.
This program is great for ladies of all ages, teens, college students, moms, and grandmas! We offer this class twice a year, watch for our new dates in the Summer and Winter.  Also available is a FREE Little Shavers Safety Training for boys and girls ages 8 - 10.  Youth will learn about 'Stranger Danger' and 'Break Away to Get Free'.
